Having a copy of ISO / IEC 42001
Experience in internal or external auditing, as auditor or auditee

This 4-day, 24-hour training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct, manage, and lead AIMS audits according to ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standards. It includes theory, practical exercises, and a final exam.
Top-performing participants will be selected to join real certification audits in collaboration with Proks Certification GmbH, offering valuable hands-on auditing experience.
The course is conducted via live, instructor-led sessions. Each session includes:

- Understand the High-LevelStructure (HLS) of ISO management system standards
- Describe the AI lifecycle(from data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring) and its governance requirements.
- Recognize the ethical principles (accountability, transparency, human oversight, fairness)embedded in AI governance.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of auditors, as defined in ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC17021-1.
- Identify the relationship between risk management, AI impact assessments, and organizational objectives.
- Successful completion of the ISO/IEC 42001Lead Auditor course exam.
- Demonstrated audit experience (typically3rd-party certification bodies require prior audit logs, e.g., 4–5 audits including 1–2 as lead auditor)
- Compliance with certification body requirements under ISO/IEC 17021-1 for Lead Auditor status.

Participants who successfully complete the training and pass the final exam will receive a Credly digital certificate endorsed by Exemplar Global, internationally recognized. The program is developed in accordance with ISO/IEC standards and includes certification and examination fees in the course price.
