The accredited scope covers certification of products for drinking water hygiene suitability based on the recommendation of the German Environment Agency (UBA) dated 29 July 2021. This includes conformity assessment of metallic materials, plastics and other organic materials, as well as enamel and ceramic materials in contact with drinking water, according to the applicable UBA evaluation guidelines.
